Jeff McCoy
Co-Owner / Performance Coach

Jeff McCoy has established himself as a top strength coach and personal trainer in the fields of sports performance and fitness. Jeff has been involved in athletics his entire life playing basketball and football in high school. He was a West Virginia State Champion in basketball in 2001 and played Division I college football for the West Virginia Mountaineers 03-06 as a tight end appearing in 3 bowl games during his career there as well as being Big East Conference Champions 2 of those 3 seasons. His participation in team sports and training for his own performance gains throughout his life fostered a passion for strength and conditioning and how it parallels performance on the field of play.

After his college football career Jeff worked closely with the WVU Mountaineer strength staff as Head Intern for nearly 2 years gaining expertise from notable strength coach Mike Barwis and his staff. While there, Jeff helped program design and train athletes for football, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, baseball, track, rowing, and wrestling while pursuing his Master’s degree in Athletic Coaching Education with an emphasis in strength and conditioning at WVU. Meanwhile, Jeff was also Director of Sports Performance at the HIT Center, a private training facility in Morgantown, WV where he headed the athletic development programs for local middle and high school athletes.

He has over 10 years of experience training athletes of all ages and skill levels as well as helping countless general population clients reach there health and fitness goals. Jeff takes pride in staying current and up to date on his education and applying new research methods into his training and program design so that his clients continue to see the results they desire.
